Reformer Pilates was originally created as a rehab exercise programme for bed-bound soldiers during WW1. Later, Joseph Pilates and his wife Clara further developed and honed it working with ballet dancers in New York City. Although at its heart Reformer Pilates is a body rehab programme of exercise – designed to correct poor posture, poor form, injuries and conditions – more and more people are beginning to understand its huge benefits for getting and keeping your body in top condition. From improving your posture, and building strength to toning + sculpting your body and increasing flexibility, it's the ultimate full-body workout that is also low impact on your joints. Now who doesn't want that?!

This class emphasises the core principles of Pilates: control, precision, breath, and alignment – but brings a modern twist. Throughout the class, you'll flow through a series of exercises that target key muscle groups, with a special focus on developing core stability, improving posture, and increasing joint mobility.
Blending our signature style with the essentials of Reformer Pilates, our CORE class is a beginner-paced (but still invigorating) session designed to help you build confidence on the reformer machine, refine your technique and activate your body with precision. Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or a seasoned mover seeking to sharpen your skills, CORE offers the perfect mix of mindful movement and revitalising stretch.

Set in a heated room, this class blends dynamic Pilates movement with strengthening and sculpting elements that fire up your core, glutes and everything in between. Expect a smooth, rhythmic flow, deep muscle activation and a serious sweat. Think Signature Pilates – but hotter, bolder and totally addictive.
Get ready to tone, tighten, and transform your body in our high-energy Sculpt Class, a full-body workout designed to build strength, enhance definition, and boost endurance. Using a combination of light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on controlled, precise movements that target all major muscle groups.
The class where we focus on the A$$! Expect a targeted workout for your lower body. Using props like bands, light hand weights and ankle weights, we'll fire up your inner + outer thighs and, of course, glutes to feel the booty burn (in the best way). Get ready to light up your core and carve out strong, sculpted arms in this full-body Reformer workout with extra focus on your core and upper body. Through dynamic sequences, we'll challenge your deep abdominal muscles, build shoulder and arm strength and improve overall alignment. Expect plenty of support for your posture, a satisfying amount of shake and just enough challenge to keep things fun while still feeling refined and intentional.
Abs + Arms
Bring the heat in this full-body Reformer session built to fire up your legs and seriously lift your glutes. Expect crisp, athletic movement, bold pulses and seamless strength-driven sequences that hit fast and land deep. We keep it polished and intentional with clean, powerful sculpting that leaves your lower body switched on and your whole body feeling unstoppable.
