BARRE (signature)

Our Signature Barre class blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training into a high-energy, low-impact workout that sculpts, tones, and lifts your entire body. Soundtracked by an energising and uplifting playlist, and using the barre for support, you'll flow through a series of carefully choreographed movements designed to challenge your muscles, boost your endurance, and improve flexibility. This class targets key areas such as the core, glutes, thighs, and arms, with an emphasis on small, precise movements and isometric holds that create long, lean muscle definition.

BARRE + CHILL

Strengthen, sculpt, stretch and then unwind in our unique Barre + Chill class, a restorative yet invigorating workout designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and tone your body. This class combines the principles of our Signature Barre class with gentle stretches and relaxed movements, perfect for anyone seeking a balance between strength-building and deep relaxation.
We start with 30 minutes of Barre – flowing through exercises that engage the muscles and sculpt your body, using small props (bands, balls, weights) where appropriate. Soundtracked by an uplifting playlist, we'll focus on lengthening your body with an emphasis on form, control, and slow, deliberate movements that promote flexibility, balance, and stress relief.
Then, we'll move onto 30 minutes of chill. Incorporating stretches that focus on releasing tightness and cultivating mindfulness, you'll slowly bring your heart rate back down and ground your nervous system. Using blankets and bolsters to get extra comfy and cosy on your mat, we'll finish up with a deeply relaxing mediation.
Ideal for all fitness levels, Barre + Chill is perfect for those looking to combine a more energising class with a slower, soothing relaxation session. Leave feeling calm, centered, and beautifully toned!

Throughout the class, you'll flow through a series of exercises that target key muscle groups, with a special focus on developing core stability, improving posture, and increasing joint mobility.

Props such as balls, bands, hand-weights and blocks may be used in this class but you are always free to follow provided modifications and choose what works for you on the day.
