WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT

1. Full body workouts

Because who has time for anything else? Whether it's mat pilates, reformer, barre or sculpt, each of our class types provide a full-body workout designed to sculpt + strengthen your body. With the option to use props like hand weights and resistance bands, you can increase the intensity level of your workout to your ideal level and see improvements over time.

2. Low impact, high results

Unlike some forms of exercise, pilates and pilates-based classes like sculpt and barre provide a low-impact option that still manages to bring high results. By using body weight and resistance, you'll build strength in a more gradual way and activate the smaller muscles that really bring the burn without putting strain on your joints. Plus, you'll build core strength, improve your posture and increase your flexibility (we know – say less).

3. 'Exercise' that feels fun

Call us crazy but we think there's nothing better than going to a beautiful studio full of like-minded people to take an invigorating, enjoyable, results-driven class set to a banging playlist and led by a friendly + supportive instructor. We'd take that over working out in a fluorescent-lit gym by ourselves any day.

4. Small class sizes 

We intentionally keep our class sizes small + intimate so that you get a truly personalised, supportive experience in every class. Whether you're joining us for reformer or a mat class, we offer modifications to suit every level and your instructor is on hand at all times to offer real support. This is not only safer for you but it also means you get value for your money and a class experience that you'll feel the next day (and maybe even the next).

SIGNATURE PILATES

A dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. This class emphasises the core principles of Pilates: control, precision, breath, and alignment – but brings a modern twist. Throughout the class, you'll flow through a series of exercises that target key muscle groups, with a special focus on developing core stability, improving posture, and increasing joint mobility.

Blending our signature style with the essentials of Reformer Pilates, our CORE class is a beginner-paced (but still invigorating) session designed to help you build confidence on the reformer machine, refine your technique and activate your body with precision. Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or a seasoned mover seeking to sharpen your skills, CORE offers the perfect mix of mindful movement and revitalising stretch.

This class is all levels meaning that modifications can and will be given to meet you where you’re at.

Ready to turn up the heat? In Sweat, expect a spicy Pilates flow designed to challenge, sculpt and energise. Set in a heated room, this class blends dynamic Pilates movement with strengthening and sculpting elements that fire up your core, glutes and everything in between. Expect a smooth, rhythmic flow, deep muscle activation and a serious sweat. Think Signature Pilates – but hotter, bolder and totally addictive.

Barre blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training into a high-energy, low-impact workout that sculpts, tones, and lifts your entire body. Soundtracked by an energising and uplifting playlist, and using the barre for support, you'll flow through a series of carefully choreographed movements designed to challenge your muscles, boost your endurance, and improve flexibility.

We Like to Do Things Differently

We got bored of group fitness classes that made us feel bad about ourselves.


We care about the quality of our teaching just as much as we care about the friendliness of our teachers. We think the aesthetics of a studio matter. We think packing as many students into a room as possible doesn't make for effective, enjoyable (or safe) classes. We know you want to feel like your trip to the studio was worth it. We don't think you need to look a certain way, be a certain size or wear a matching set in order to be part of what we're building at maeve. We want you to leave class feeling uplifted, strong, empowered, sweaty and maybe a bit shaky (in a good way). But most of all? We want you to leave feeling happy. Proud of yourself. And like you've just been moving, grooving and getting your sweat on with your friends.
