This class emphasises the core principles of Pilates: control, precision, breath, and alignment. Throughout the class, you'll flow through a series of exercises that target key muscle groups, with a special focus on developing core stability, improving posture, and increasing joint mobility.

Get ready to tone, tighten, and transform your body in our high-energy Sculpt Class, a full-body workout designed to build strength, enhance definition, and boost endurance. Using a combination of light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on controlled, precise movements that target all major muscle groups.

Barre blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training into a high-energy, low-impact workout that sculpts, tones, and lifts your entire body. Soundtracked by an energising and uplifting playlist, and using the barre for support, you'll flow through a series of carefully choreographed movements designed to challenge your muscles, boost your endurance, and improve flexibility.

Unwind and reset with Slow Flow, a yoga-inspired flow class that's designed to help you move your body gently, stretch it out and calm your mind so you leave feeling chilled out, loose limbed and ready for a restorative evening. Perfect for all levels and a great class to complement your regular Pilates, Barre or Sculpt practice.
