This class emphasises the core principles of Pilates: control, precision, breath and flow – but brings a modern twist. Throughout the class, you'll move through a series of exercises that target key muscle groups, with a special focus on developing core stability, improving posture, and increasing joint mobility.

Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or a seasoned mover seeking to sharpen your skills, core offers the perfect mix of mindful movement and revitalising stretch. This class is an ideal starting point if you’ve never tried the Reformer before – as always, modifications can and will be given to meet you where you’re at.
Our all-levels Reformer class designed to energise and elevate. This dynamic session weaves together sculpting, stretching, toning and lengthening for a full-body workout that builds core strength, enhances control and leaves you feeling empowered. Expect purposeful movement, a touch of sweat and our signature maeve finesse. Whether you're deepening your practice or just getting started, FLOW is where precision meets momentum. This class is all levels meaning that modifications can and will be given to meet you where you’re at – but if you're brand new to reformer, we recommend starting with a Core class first!
Signature's spicier sister, sculpt is our Pilates-based full-body workout designed to build strength, enhance definition and boost endurance. Using a combination of light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll flow through a series of carefully crafted exercises that combine muscle-sculpting strength work with endurance-building intervals.
Barre blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training into a high-energy, low-impact workout that sculpts, tones, and lifts your entire body. Soundtracked by an energising and uplifting playlist, and using the barre for support, you'll flow through a series of carefully choreographed movements designed to challenge your muscles, boost your endurance, and improve flexibility.
Barre Sculpt brings the perfect blend of classic barre technique and sculpting strength work to help you feel empowered, energised and strong. Using medium weights and purposeful sculpting barre movements, you’ll be served up a workout that tones, burns and empowers every.single.time. Ready to leave the studio feeling sculpted, a little sweaty and ready to slay the day? Meet us at the barre!
Our pre/post natal reformer and mat classes are specially designed for expectant and post-partum mothers. Take time for yourself and move your body as you prepare for (or heal from) the birth of your little one(s). Expect a smooth, restorative, while still strengthening, class designed to nurture your body.
A class that's designed to get you moving and strengthening your body without having to find childcare! Babies up to 12 months/pre-crawling are welcome to accompany you to this class so you can get some time for you while also spending time with your little one.
Grab your workout gear (don't forget the grippy socks!) and meet us at the studio. Please arrive 5 minutes before class and remember we cannot admit latecomers so plan ahead :)

Book your spot in the class! If a class is full, it will show as "waitlisted". You can sign up to the waitlist and, should a spot come up, you'll be emailed.
